I created my own social media network that federates with all of the others that support the ActivityPub protocol standard. The Lein Social instance is based on Mastodon, but includes some front-end modifications to make it much easier to use. For example, the ambuiguous icons are now labeled for improved accessibility on mobile. Some extraneous functions were removed as well, and of course there are some design improvements and ergonomic improvements. More info... (October 2, 2023)
